Key Responsibilities:

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle: role discovery, sourcing, evaluation, offer closure.
• Source proactively for niche talent across tech, product, data, and operations.
• Build strong talent pipelines across platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, AngelList, etc.
• Partner with leadership to plan hiring strategy aligned with business needs.
• Track hiring metrics and build data-driven dashboards.
• Enhance candidate experience and employer branding.
• Leverage agencies and professional networks where required.
• Contribute to campus hiring and talent branding initiatives.
• Stay updated on mobility technology and compensation trends.
