Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a recruitment team and drive full-cycle hiring across regions.
  2. Manage sourcing strategies using job boards and internal databases.
  3. Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, and onboarding.
  4. Maintain recruitment MIS and oversee documentation processes.

Job Requirements:

  1. 8+ years of experience in Engineering/Semiconductor/IT recruitment for India and APAC.
  2. Strong knowledge of local and regional hiring practices and platforms.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  4. Proficient in end-to-end recruitment processes and selection methodologies.
