We're backed by Elevation Capital and are growing rapidly across Admissions, Programs, Career Outcomes, and new initiatives. We've almost doubled the team in the last few months and expect that momentum to continue.

Why we're hiring
This will be our first dedicated Talent Acquisition hire.
We already have a People team. What we're looking for now is someone whose superpower is hiring.
Someone who can build recruiting processes, create talent pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and help us scale without lowering the bar.
You'll hire across functions like Admissions, Programs, Career Outcomes, Operations, Founder's Office, and other strategic roles. Many of these won't be straightforward searches, which is exactly why they're interesting.
Over time, you'll also help build and lead the TA function.
