Build and scale a world-class hiring engine for one of the fastest-growing consumer app studios.

We are looking for a high-performing Talent Acquisition Lead to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will own end-to-end hiring across functions—building pipelines, refining hiring processes, and helping us attract top-tier talent across engineering, marketing, and operations.

You will work closely with founders and hiring managers to define roles, improve candidate quality, and ensure we consistently hire high-caliber individuals who raise the bar.

Triplespeed is a fast-moving app studio that's profitable, scaling multiple apps to >$10M/yr revenues, and growing fast.

We're building and scaling multiple direct-to-consumer products, and hiring exceptional talent is a key driver of our growth. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of hiring and build a strong, repeatable talent engine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruitment across roles (engineering, marketing, operations, and more).
  • Build and manage strong talent pipelines through sourcing, outreach, and referrals.
  • Design and improve hiring processes to increase speed, quality, and candidate experience.
  • Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
  • Actively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, communities, and unconventional channels.
  • Screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and ensure high-quality candidate shortlists.
  • Track hiring metrics and continuously optimize funnel performance.
  • Build employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Manage and improve candidate communication, engagement, and closing processes.
  • Experiment with new hiring strategies and channels to improve output quality.

Who Can Apply

  • Candidates with 1–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or Hiring roles.
  • Proven ability to hire for multiple roles across functions.
  • Strong sourcing and outbound recruiting skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
  • Candidates based in Bangalore and willing to work in-office preferred.

Additional Candidate Preferences

  • Experience hiring for startups or high-growth companies.
  • Experience hiring for engineering, product, or marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of candidate psychology and closing strategies.
  • Experience using ATS tools and sourcing platforms.
  • Ability to identify high-potential candidates beyond just resumes.
