Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7–9 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
• Agency Management
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience in agency/vendor management and coordination.
• Proven ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in fast-paced and high-volume hiring environments.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment platforms is preferred.
• Team handling/leadership experience is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience hiring for Marketing, Digital, Technology, Analytics, or Creative roles is a plus.
• Experience working with global stakeholders and distributed teams is preferred.
