Job Title: Lead – Technology Leadership Hiring
Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Lead to drive leadership hiring across technology functions, spanning multiple service lines and domains. This role requires a strategic recruiter with deep expertise in hiring senior technology leaders across both product and services organizations. The ideal candidate brings strong market intelligence, stakeholder influence, and exceptional storytelling ability to attract and engage top-tier talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end hiring for senior and leadership roles across technology domains (Engineering, Data, Cloud, Product, Architecture, etc.).
- Partner closely with business and technology leaders to understand hiring needs, define role mandates, and build effective talent strategies.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for niche and leadership talent pools across industries.
- Build strong candidate pipelines through networking, market mapping, and research-driven approaches.
- Act as a talent advisor to stakeholders, providing insights on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring strategies.
- Deliver a high-touch candidate experience, with compelling storytelling and strong employer brand representation.
- Drive stakeholder management with senior leadership, ensuring alignment, communication, and timely delivery.
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters, fostering capability building within the team.
- Track, analyze, and optimize recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and quality of hires.
Key Requirements:
- 8–10+ years of experience in technology hiring, with a strong focus on senior/leadership roles.
- Proven track record of hiring across product and/or services industries.
- Strong understanding of technology landscapes, roles, and skill sets across domains.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence, engage, and sell opportunities through compelling storytelling.
- Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders and navigate complex hiring environments.
- High level of ownership, agility, and problem-solving capability.
