Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle, including drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and promoting opportunities across job portals and digital channels.
- Evaluate and shortlist candidate profiles to identify individuals whose skills, qualifications, and experience align with role requirements and organizational needs.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit, communicate role expectations, and facilitate progression to the next stages of the hiring process.
- Partner with hiring managers and candidates to coordinate interviews, ensuring a structured, smooth, and efficient recruitment experience.
- Maintain accurate and organized recruitment data, including candidate records, interview feedback, and hiring updates, while supporting onboarding processes and preparing essential HR documentation.
