Role Description

This is an internship role for a Talent Acquisition Intern, based on-site in Gurugram. The intern will assist with the recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, and supporting full-life cycle recruiting efforts. They will also contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and ensure a smooth hiring process. The role involves close collaboration with the HR team to meet the organization's staffing needs effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes.
• Experience or interest in Interviewing and Hiring effectively.
• Knowledge or enthusiasm for Employer Branding strategies.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
