Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Intern located in Okhla, New Delhi. The intern will be responsible for supporting the full-life cycle recruiting process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with job postings, conducting initial interviews, coordinating hiring processes, and supporting employer branding initiatives. The intern will also help schedule interviews and maintain candidate information in the database.

Qualifications

• Skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting
• Proficiency in Interviewing and Hiring processes
• Experience in Employer Branding is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
