Role Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate engagement. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in HR & Recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
- Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate data in ATS/CRM systems
- Assist in job postings and employer branding activities
- Support campus hiring and fresher recruitment initiatives
- Follow up with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process
Eligibility & Skills
- Recent graduates of any stream
- Interest in HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi; regional language is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, or ATS tools (preferred)
- Strong willingness to learn and take ownership
