Talent Acquisition Intern
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our hiring efforts. You will work closely with the TA team and hiring managers to help source, engage, and onboard high-quality talent while learning the end-to-end recruitment process in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions across portals and social media.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial fit checks as guided by the TA team.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and interviewers.
Maintain and update candidate data in the ATS and trackers.
Support employer branding initiatives (content, events, outreach, social media).
Help with candidate communication, feedback loops, and status updates.
Assist in offer, documentation, and onboarding coordination for selected candidates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and people operations.
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, documents, and basic HR tools.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
