Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

As an HR Intern, you'll be part of the core HR team and support end-to-end recruitment and employee engagement processes:

  • Assist in sourcing and screening resumes via Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, and other job portals
  • Conduct telephonic screening of candidates for various roles
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and MIS reports
  • Support onboarding documentation and coordination
  • Assist in HR operations and employee engagement initiatives
  • Research best practices in recruitment and HR tech tools

What We're Looking For

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree (BBA/MBA in HR preferred)
  • Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Comfortable with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic documentation
  • Eagerness to learn, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment
