Role & Responsibilities
As an HR Intern, you'll be part of the core HR team and support end-to-end recruitment and employee engagement processes:
- Assist in sourcing and screening resumes via Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, and other job portals
- Conduct telephonic screening of candidates for various roles
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and MIS reports
- Support onboarding documentation and coordination
- Assist in HR operations and employee engagement initiatives
- Research best practices in recruitment and HR tech tools
What We're Looking For
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree (BBA/MBA in HR preferred)
- Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Comfortable with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic documentation
- Eagerness to learn, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment
