Hiredude is an AI-powered hiring platform helping companies hire top-quality interns in under 45 hours. We connect skilled candidates with fast-moving startups through a streamlined, assignment-based hiring process.

We're looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Intern who can manage candidate communication, improve profile quality, and help us attract high-quality talent to the platform.

Key Responsibilities

1. Communication & Support

• Connect with candidates via WhatsApp and calls
• Connect with Recruiters via Whatsapp and calls
• Resolve queries and ensure a smooth onboarding experience

2. Profile & Portfolio Follow-ups

• Call candidates to collect portfolios
• Ensure profiles are complete and updated with relevant details

3. Talent Sourcing & Growth

• Identify and reach out to high-quality interns
• Promote Hiredude across platforms to drive quality sign-ups

• Strong communication skills (spoken & written Hindi + English)
• Comfortable with calling, texting, and handling candidate conversations daily
• Basic understanding of hiring / internships / portfolios
• Ability to follow up consistently and get tasks done
• Active on platforms like WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn
• Self-driven, proactive, and quick to take ownership
• Organized and detail-oriented (can manage multiple candidates at once)
• Available for minimum 3 months 

• Strong communication skills (Hindi + English)
• Comfortable with calling and messaging candidates
• Hustler mindset with ownership and consistency
• Interest in hiring, startups, or HR

• Prior experience in HR / recruitment / community management
• Understanding of tech/design roles (portfolios, GitHub, etc.)
• Experience in promoting communities or platforms

• Hands-on experience in hiring & talent operations
• Exposure to startup hiring processes
• Fast-paced learning environment
