Job Description

This position is with Cialfo, one of the brands under Manifest Global, which also includes BridgeU, Explore and Kaaiser.

About This Role

We are a team of passionate people committed to finding and bringing in the best talent that helps Cialfo grow. We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Intern to support the end-to-end recruitment process — from keeping pipelines healthy and interviews running on time, to ensuring every candidate has a great experience.

In this role, you will work closely with our recruiters and hiring managers to keep the hiring engine moving. You'll own coordination, data hygiene, and follow-ups that directly impact how fast and how well we hire. If you're someone who loves staying organised, communicates proactively, and wants real exposure to talent acquisition at a fast-growing product company — this is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and maintain candidate pipelines and hiring trackers, ensuring data is always accurate and up to date across active roles.
  • Post job openings across multiple hiring platforms including LinkedIn, Naukri, and internal portals, and ensure listings are live and optimized.
  • Own interview scheduling and coordination end-to-end — from sending invites and managing calendars to handling reschedules with minimal friction.
  • Track candidate progress across every stage of the funnel and maintain clean, structured records in the ATS.
  • Proactively follow up with candidates throughout the process to keep them engaged, informed, and reduce drop-offs at critical stages.
  • Support the Talent team with reporting and dashboards to track hiring velocity, pipeline health, and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Identify gaps in existing workflows and suggest process improvements to enhance both candidate and recruiter experience.

About You

  • Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field — final-year students may also apply.
  • Experience
    • 0–1 year of experience in HR operations or recruitment support.
    • Comfortable using Excel/Sheets, LinkedIn, ATS tools, or other recruitment platforms.
    • Strong communication and coordination skills.
    • High attention to detail with a structured approach to managing data.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple hiring pipelines at once.
  • Skills & qualities
    • You are organized and process-driven.
    • You enjoy interacting with people and building relationships.
    • You follow through consistently and keep stakeholders informed.
    • You are proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
    • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited to support end-to-end hiring.
