About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Hiring team. This role offers a great opportunity to learn end-to-end recruitment processes, gain exposure to large-scale hiring, and work closely with experienced HR professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing and screening candidates for the open roles.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and trackers with accuracy.
• Assist in initial telephonic screening and candidate engagement.

Skills & Qualifications

• MBA / PGDM in HR or related field (current student or recent graduate).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Eagerness to learn recruitment processes and talent mapping.
• Ability to multitask and work with attention to detail.
