Role Overview
We are looking for a Freelance HR Intern who can independently manage recruitment assignments for multiple clients. The role requires strong execution in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while ensuring a smooth and professional hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles (tech and non-tech)
- Understand client requirements and create strong hiring pipelines
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess skills, experience, and communication
- Shortlist candidates and coordinate interviews with clients
- Maintain candidate trackers and update hiring progress regularly
- Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates until onboarding
- Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives when required
Required Skills
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency or startup HR preferred)
- Strong sourcing and screening capabilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles independently
- Comfortable working in a freelance, performance-driven setup
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or ATS tools is a plus
Good to Have
- Experience working with startups or fast-paced hiring environments
- Ability to close positions within tight timelines
- Exposure to HR generalist or HR operations work
