Role Description

This is an unpaid, full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Intern. As an intern, you will support the talent acquisition team in various aspects of the recruitment process. This includes managing the full recruitment lifecycle, assisting with sourcing and screening candidates, supporting employer branding efforts, and coordinating interview schedules. You will gain hands-on experience in hiring strategies and help contribute to building a diverse, high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Experience or interest in Full-lifecycle Recruiting and Talent Acquisition processes
• Skilled or willing to learn Hiring and Interviewing practices with a focus on industry standards
• Understanding or interest in Employer Branding and creating compelling talent engagement strategies
• Proficiency in communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively
• Enthusiasm for learning and navigating tools and platforms used in modern recruitment workflows
