The Opportunity

This is your chance to dive deep into full-cycle recruitment, develop your sourcing skills, and play a key role in building the team that's shaping the future of education technology.

What You'll Learn & Do:

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process: post job openings across multiple platforms, actively source candidates, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews
• Learn advanced sourcing techniques and build a strong pipeline of talented candidates across various roles
• Conduct initial phone screenings and assess candidate fit for role requirements and company culture
• Build relationships with candidates and provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Track recruitment metrics and analyze hiring funnel performance to continuously improve processes
• Stay current on recruitment trends, sourcing strategies, and HR best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team

What We're Looking For:

Must-Haves:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Genuine passion for recruitment and talent acquisition - you're excited about finding and connecting with great people
• Strong desire to build a career in recruiting and willingness to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - you're comfortable talking to people and building relationships
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Professional approach to handling sensitive and confidential information
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Nice-to-Haves:

• Previous HR internship, recruitment experience, or campus recruitment involvement
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools
• Interest in Ed-Tech or education sector
