Role Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Intern will support Enout's hiring efforts across multiple functions, working closely with the HR and leadership teams. This role is designed for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast-paced, growing organization.

The intern will gain hands-on exposure to sourcing, screening, coordination, and employer branding while contributing meaningfully to building strong teams at Enout.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Conduct initial resume screening and shortlisting based on role requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth scheduling and communication.
  • Maintain and update candidate trackers, hiring dashboards, and recruitment documentation.
  • Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions aligned with Enout standards.
  • Support employer branding initiatives including job posts, hiring communications, and candidate outreach.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely follow-ups and clear communication.

Qualificantios:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Some relevant prior work experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously.
  • Proactive, self-driven attitude with willingness to learn.
  • Basic familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is an advantage.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment.
