Job Title: Talent Acquisition Intern

Experience: 0 61 Year

Location: Gurgaon

Employment Type: 6 months internship (Work from Office)

Note - Can be converted to full-time based on performance

About The Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment support, including sourcing, screening, and engaging with potential candidates through cold calling and other outreach methods. This role offers a great opportunity to kickstart your career in recruitment and learn the full talent acquisition cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
  • Cold call and engage with potential candidates to pitch open roles and assess their interest.
  • Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to shortlist candidates.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment tracking system.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring roles.
  • Assist in employer branding and campus hiring initiatives when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0 61 year of experience in recruitment, telesales, or a similar role (Freshers with good communication skills may apply).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency preferred).
  • Confidence in cold calling and handling candidate conversations.
  • Good understanding of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) is a plus.
  • Target-driven, proactive, and eager to learn.
