About The Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic
Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment support, including sourcing, screening, and engaging with potential candidates through
cold calling and other outreach methods. This role offers a great opportunity to kickstart your career in recruitment and learn the full talent acquisition cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
- Cold call and engage with potential candidates to pitch open roles and assess their interest.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment tracking system.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring roles.
- Assist in employer branding and campus hiring initiatives when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0 61 year of experience in recruitment, telesales, or a similar role (Freshers with good communication skills may apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency preferred).
- Confidence in cold calling and handling candidate conversations.
- Good understanding of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) is a plus.
- Target-driven, proactive, and eager to learn.
