Talent Acquisition Intern

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Talent Acquisition Intern, located in Delhi, India, with some work-from-home acceptable. The Talent Acquisition Intern will assist with Full-life Cycle Recruiting, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating employer branding activities. They will also handle administrative duties related to the hiring process and support the talent acquisition team in various capacities.

• Skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Recruiting, and Interviewing
• Experience in Hiring and Employer Branding
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
• Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
