Role Description

This is a full-time remote opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Intern (Unpaid). The intern will gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition processes, including full-life cycle recruiting, employer branding, and talent engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in sourcing candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, and contributing to hiring initiatives. The intern will collaborate with the team to enhance recruiting strategies and support overall efforts to attract top talent.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and expertise in sourcing and engaging candidates
  • Understanding of Recruiting strategies and familiarity with the hiring process
  • Knowledge in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates effectively
  • Interest or experience in Employer Branding initiatives
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
