We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our hiring efforts. This internship offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes and a chance to work closely with an experienced HR team.
Responsibilities
- Source high-quality candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal database
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic HR discussions
- Coordinate interviews across stakeholders and ensure seamless candidate experience
- Manage and optimize job postings across platforms
- Maintain accurate data in the ATS (Keka Hiro) and ensure process hygiene
- Support pipeline building for priority roles (DevOps, Sales, FDE, etc.
- Assist in preparing hiring dashboards and weekly recruitment report
- Contribute ideas to improve sourcing efficiency and reduce TAT
Requirement
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- High ownership and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Comfortable with cold calling and candidate outreach
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Working knowledge of MS Excel & basic reporting
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
