Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and organizational fit.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate the hiring process with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status.
- Build relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on recruitment processes.
- Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote the company and attract potential candidates.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to improve sourcing and hiring processes.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate recruitment metrics and data.
