Talent Acquisition Executive

Own end-to-end hiring across non-IT, creative, and agency-style roles. Work directly with the founders to build the team scaling India's next big wellness brand.

Location : Full-time, On-site, Mumbai Office

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, closing — for non-IT roles across Marketing, Brand, Creative, Operations, and Finance etc
• Hire creative and agency profiles — designers, copywriters, content creators, performance marketers, social media and brand managers
• Source actively using LinkedIn, Naukri, Instahyre, Hirect, and creative communities like Behance, Dribbble, and Instagram
• Use Boolean search to go beyond surface-level matches
• Partner with hiring managers on briefs, calibration, and offer closures
• Maintain pipeline health and track time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratio
• Run candidate experience end-to-end — first call to Day 1
• Support HR ops — onboarding, documentation, and basic compliance

Skill Set

• 2 years in talent acquisition, primarily non-IT hiring
• Hands-on creative, agency, marketing, or D2C/FMCG hiring experience
• Strong Boolean search and creative sourcing chops — you chase, you don't wait
• Sharp communication and stakeholder management
• Startup, D2C, FMCG, or agency background preferred
• High ownership — you close roles, not just coordinate them
