Role Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive with hands-on experience in the staffing industry who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles.

This role is ideal for someone who understands client-driven hiring, fast closures, and volume hiring environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for client requirements
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms
• Screen candidates based on technical skills and role fitment
• Coordinate interviews and manage follow-ups until closure
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Ensure quality submissions and timely delivery to clients

Preferred Profile

• Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Good communication and coordination skills 

Mandatory Requirements 

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Recruitment (Staffing/Consultancy is mandatory)
• Hands-on experience in technical hiring
• Experience working on client-based hiring / contract roles
• Strong sourcing and screening capabilities
