About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding coordination. You will play a key role in attracting and hiring the best technical and support talent to meet our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and non-IT roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and define candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.
- Screen and evaluate candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and interview panels.
- Manage offer negotiations and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for selected candidates.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reports.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Promote employer branding and a positive candidate experience at every stage.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the IT domain.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and coordination skills.
