Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Experience: 1–3 years

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding coordination. You will play a key role in attracting and hiring the best technical and support talent to meet our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and non-IT roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and define candidate profiles.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and interview panels.
  • Manage offer negotiations and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for selected candidates.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reports.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Promote employer branding and a positive candidate experience at every stage.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the IT domain.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and coordination skills.
