Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Executive located in Vadodara. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be tasked with managing end-to-end recruitment processes, fostering employer branding, and executing IT recruitment strategies. Responsibilities also include engaging with stakeholders, identifying top talent, and maintaining effective communication throughout the hiring lifecycle. The role will require aligning hiring strategies with business goals to attract and retain top-tier talent.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting practices, with experience in handling the full recruitment cycle
• Strong Communication skills to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Experience in Employer Branding to enhance the organization's talent acquisition reputation
• Specialized skills in IT Recruitment to hire candidates for technical roles
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 1 Year of Experience is required in IT/Non IT Recruitment
