About the job:

Responsible for planning and executing the recruitment process, setting hiring goals, and managing communication with candidates. Source candidates, conduct interviews, and use assessment tools to screen applicants.

Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings.
• Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it. Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.
• Perform reference checks as need.
• Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
• Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process

Qualifications:

• 2-4 Years of Experience as a Corporate (In-house) Recruiter within the US Staffing Industry or as a US Recruiter will be preferred.
• Candidates must be local to Vadodara.
• Bachelor's degree in an IT or any Engineering stream.
• Sourcing experience with LinkedIn is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable making decisions independently.
• Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.

Salary range and package:

The package will be commensurate with the experience, skills, and qualifications that the candidate brings to the position.

Work Hours:

1 PM IST 10 PM IST (Monday Friday) & Saturday (Half Day).
