About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join the HR team at Policybazaar. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and be comfortable managing multiple hiring requirements across different functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, selection, offer rollout, and onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements and work closely with hiring managers to identify suitable candidates.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other relevant channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments based on job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and business stakeholders.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage offer discussions, negotiations, and closure of candidates.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Maintain accurate recruitment MIS, trackers, and hiring reports.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Meet defined hiring timelines and recruitment targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Good working knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment portals.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and hiring practices.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment trackers is preferred.
