What You'll Be Doing
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and craft attractive job descriptions
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates
- Use creative sourcing strategies across platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, referrals, etc.
- Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Track key hiring metrics to improve efficiency and hiring quality
- Assist in employer branding initiatives to strengthen our market presence
What We're Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience with ATS tools and sourcing platforms
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
- Experience hiring for both tech and non-tech roles is a plus
