TA Executive – Hiring Requirement
- Position: Talent Acquisition Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Managed end-to-end recruitment and HR operations across multiple functions.
- Sourced candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and professional networking.
- Conducted candidate screening, interview scheduling and coordination, and offer management.
- Collaborated closely with stakeholders and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Maintained recruitment MIS, hiring trackers, and related documentation.
- Ensured a seamless candidate experience and coordinated onboarding activities for new hires.
