We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive who is passionate about identifying and attracting top talent to join our growing team. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves collaborating with stakeholders, and has an eye for great talent — we'd love to connect!

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and craft attractive job descriptions
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates
• Use creative sourcing strategies across platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, referrals, etc.
• Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
• Track key hiring metrics to improve efficiency and hiring quality
• Assist in employer branding initiatives to strengthen our market presence

What We're Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on experience with ATS tools and sourcing platforms
• Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
• Experience hiring for both tech and non-tech roles is a plus
