Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end hiring for our growing teams across design, marketing, tech, and operations. This role will closely work with the Senior HR Manager to ensure timely and quality hiring aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer closure
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Schedule interviews and maintain hiring trackers
Ensure smooth candidate communication and experience
Requirements
2–3 years of recruitment experience
Strong sourcing and coordination skills
Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
Experience In Agency/startup Hiring Preferred
Immediate joiners preferred
