Talent Strategy & Business Partnership

  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop proactive hiring strategies.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing talent market insights and hiring best practices.
  • Drive a consultative approach to talent acquisition, aligning hiring decisions with business goals.

2. Full-Cycle Recruitment

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and winning top candidates.
  • Experience in skills-based recruitment
  • Leverage innovative sourcing techniques to attract high-caliber talent.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

3. Talent Acquisition Program Management Initiatives

  • Partner with marketing, hiring managers and business leaders to support employer branding and internal talent community engagement efforts in the region.
  • Drive early career talent program progress.
  • Build comprehensive internal and external talent pools
  • Create and promote inclusive growth culture

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field required.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition with an advisory focus.
  • Proven track record in recruiting for technical, non-technical, professional and managerial roles, ideally in electronics, test and measurement equipment, specialty sensors, and aerospace and defense subsystems.

Skills:

  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering excellence
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing abilities.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in recruitment analytics.
  • Proficiency in ATS, ideally AI based, and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and LinkedIn Talent Insights.
