About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist join our growing team. The

ideal candidate should be passionate about sports and have a keen eye for identifying talent

across the sports and fitness industry. You'll play a key role in recruiting coaches, trainers, and

office staff while ensuring a seamless hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for sports and non-tech Profiles.

Understand manpower needs from different departments and create effective hiring plans.

Source candidates through job portals, sports institutions, networks, and referrals.

Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for both technical (sports-related) and

behavioral fit.

Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure timely closures.

Maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing and future requirements.

Manage offer roll-outs, joining formalities, and onboarding processes.

Maintain recruitment MIS and regularly share updates with management.

Represent the organization at sports colleges, events, and career fairs to attract talent.

Requirements

Bachelor's / master's in human resources, or related field.

Experience in Bulk Hiring.

Minimum 23 years of experience in recruitment.

Strong network in the sports and fitness community is an advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for sports, teamwork, and people management.

Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HR software or ATS is a plus.
