Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive.

About the Role:
We're looking for a result oriented and driven Talent Acquisition Executive who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys connecting the right talent with the right opportunities.
If you love high-volume hiring, stakeholder interaction, and seeing your hires make a real impact on ground-level business, this role is for you.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment.
- Source candidates through job portals, walk-ins, references, and field hiring.
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Drive offer rollouts, follow-ups, and joining closures.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.
Additional Exposure (HR Operations):
- Support in onboarding coordination and documentation.
- Assist in employee engagement activities / Fun Friday initiatives.
- Help maintain basic HR data and records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth joining and induction.
Who We're Looking For:
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
- Experience in bulk hiring is a big plus.
- Strong communication.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Someone who is proactive, energetic, and solution oriented.
