Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles: requirement gathering,
sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer rollout, and onboarding
coordination
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, role
expectations, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Proactively source candidates using job boards (e.g., Naukri, Indeed), social
media (LinkedIn, etc.), and internal databases to identify and engage top talent
• Evaluate candidates strengths against job requirements through resume
screening, telephonic/virtual interviews, and assessment tools
• Maintain updated data and track all activities on internal recruitment portals/ATS
systems
• Negotiate salary, joining dates, and other employment terms with shortlisted
candidates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
• Send weekly/monthly reports on recruitment efforts and conversion ratios to the
HR Manager and relevant stakeholders.
• Send periodic reports about the efforts and results generated in recruiting
potential candidates
• Maintain documentation for audits requirements.
Primary Skills
• 1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition in reputed organization. Exp. in hiring
for Digital marketing industry.
• Should have good hands-on experience of complete recruitment cycle from
using job boards/ social media portals for identifying resources to salary
negotiation and getting resources on board. Team Handling
• Self-confident, self-motivated person with a strong work ethic and excellent
verbal and written communication skills in English and enjoys a fast-paced
team-driven environment.
• Determined, dynamic and self-motivated
• Fluent Communication
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word – Mandatory)
