Summary-
We are looking for a disciplined and proactive Talent Acquisition Expert to support recruitment across the Africa & Middle East (AME) markets. Based in Mumbai in the People Service Hub, India. This role partners closely with the stakeholders within TA, HRBP and Business stakeholders to drive efficient hiring across corporate, commercial, and plantbased roles. The role requires strong coordination skills, structured execution, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
Preferred Experience & Background • Experience in recruitment supporting Africa, Middle East, or international markets (preferred). • Prior experience working in a Shared Services / Global Business Services environment. • Proven exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes. • Experience hiring across corporate, commercial, or plant/manufacturing roles is an advantage. • Strong experience in candidate screening, interview coordination, and stakeholder management. • Mid-to-strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for reporting, tracking recruitment progress, and preparing presentations. • Should have working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and Service Now.
