Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent.
Post and manage jobs across portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed & IIM Jobs.
Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership teams for strategic hiring.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates for skills and cultural fit.
Track key hiring metrics — time-to-fill, source effectiveness, conversions, etc.
Build strong talent pipelines for current and future needs.
Drive efficient, timely, and cost-effective hiring processes.
