We're Hiring – Talent Acquisition Executive | Mumbai (Goregoan)

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team and manage end-to-end recruitment for sales roles.

Preferred Background: NBFC / Recruitment Consultancy

Experience: 2–4 Years

Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding and ensuring timely hiring of quality talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales roles (LAP hiring preferred)

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and referrals

• Screen, coordinate interviews and manage stakeholder communication

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

• Drive offer rollout and ensure candidate joining

• Maintain recruitment trackers and support hiring drives

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in sourcing, screening and hiring

• Strong expertise in LinkedIn, job portals and social sourcing

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools preferred

• Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Administration or related field

• Experience in financial services/NBFC is a plus
