Job Description

We are a publicly listed tech-first NBFC — think AWS, but for lending. Armed with advanced APIs and capital, we partner with the best fintechs to power digital loans across India.

Now, we're scaling Apollo's lending business as well as Apollo Cash, our digital personal loan app. As Apollo Cash scales, our team needs to scale rapidly across tech, product, business, and operations.

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can help us build this team at speed — with a strong focus on tech and product hiring and a mindset of automation and AI-led hiring.

This is not a traditional HR coordination role.

This is a high-ownership recruiting role where you will work closely with founders and hiring managers to build a scalable hiring engine.

What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end hiring across roles — especially tech, product, data, and engineering hiring
  • Partner with founders and hiring managers to define hiring strategy and role clarity
  • Build strong pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles as Apollo Cash scales
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn, networks, referrals, and AI-driven sourcing tools
  • Drive the entire hiring funnel — sourcing → screening → interviews → offer → closure
  • Ensure a strong, fast, and consistent candidate experience at scale
  • Build and improve hiring systems, trackers, and dashboards
  • Use automation and AI tools to improve sourcing, screening, scheduling, and follow-ups
  • Track and optimize hiring metrics like TAT, conversion rates, and quality of hire
  • Work on JD creation, employer branding, and hiring communication
  • Continuously improve hiring processes to support high-growth, high-volume scaling

What You'll Need

  • 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition / recruitment
  • Strong experience in tech / product / engineering hiring (must-have)
  • Experience hiring across functions like business, operations, finance, etc.
  • Strong sourcing skills — beyond just job portals
  • Comfort using or experimenting with AI tools, automation, sourcing tools etc. 
  • Ability to assess candidates for ownership, problem-solving, and startup mindset
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, scaling environment

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience in fintech / startup hiring
  • Familiarity with engineering roles (backend, frontend, data, full stack, etc.)
  • Experience building or scaling hiring processes from scratch
  • Exposure to AI-led hiring workflows or automation tools
