About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Associate to manage end-to-end recruitment and support the organisation's hiring goals. The role requires strong coordination skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer rollout and joining.
Understand hiring requirements in detail by coordinating with hiring managers.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR discussions, and assess candidate fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.
Negotiate compensation and support in offer management and documentation.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future requirements.
Ensure adherence to TATs and hiring targets.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment for Non-Tech roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
Good understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring processes.
Proactive, organised, and result-oriented approach.
