Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Sr. Associate/ Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition with 3+ years of experience to drive talent acquisition for Emeritus. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires, while working closely with various departments to understand their hiring needs and build high-performing teams across different functions. You will collaborate closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to drive hiring across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level roles across sales, operations, academic delivery, marketing, and support teams.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews to evaluate candidate fit.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring smooth scheduling and communication.
  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Support offer rollout, documentation, and pre-joining formalities.
  • Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Assist with bulk hiring and time-sensitive recruitment projects when required.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor hiring strategies, and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment or HR.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and ATS tools preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Bachelors degree in any discipline (HR or related fields preferred but not mandatory).
