Job Description

Lead endtoend lateral and leadership hiring for businesscritical functions, ensuring highquality talent acquisition across the organisation.
Build and manage strong candidate pipelines
Partner directly with business leaders and the Head HR to understand workforce needs, define hiring strategies and deliver highimpact talent decisions.
Drive the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, assessments, stakeholder alignment, offer management and onboarding
Provide market intelligence on competitor talent, compensation benchmarks and hiring trends to support strategic workforce planning.

The Successful Applicant

Brings 5-8 years of strong experience in lateral and leadership hiring within the broader realestate ecosystem, with proven ability to manage highimpact mandates independently.
Demonstrates excellent stakeholder management, market intelligence, and the capability to operate as a strategic individual contributor with seniorlevel visibility.
