Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain robust ETL pipelines using Talend
Perform complex data transformations, cleansing, and enrichment
Lead and mentor a team of Talend developers and engineers
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and define data requirements
Ensure data quality, consistency, and traceability across systems
Optimize ETL pipelines for performance and scalability
Document data models, workflows, and transformation logic
Support Talend platform upgrades and provide technical guidance
Contribute to data governance frameworks, data dictionaries, and documentation
