We are seeking ITI Freshers to join our dynamic IT team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in the IT field, working under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation and maintenance of IT systems and networks.
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of hardware and software issues.
- Participate in system upgrades and migrations as needed.
- Collaborate with senior team members on various IT projects.
- Document processes and maintain accurate records of IT inventory.
Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma in Information Technology or related field from a recognized institution.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.
- Understanding of operating systems such as Windows, Linux, or macOS.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate technical information clearly.
