Oracle EBS Functional HR / OTL Consultant

In this role, you will:

- Gather and document requirements for business changes

- Collaborate with technical consultants to meet client needs

- Ensure timely delivery and effective communication with clients

- Manage incidents within specified SLAs

- Address root causes of issues

- Provide end-user training and support

- Develop test plans and oversee testing processes

Qualifications:

- Over 7 years of experience as an application support consultant

- Proficiency in Oracle HR and OTL modules

- Familiarity with Oracle implementations and upgrades

- Knowledge of ITIL processes

- Experience with defect tracking systems
