JD for System Support Executive
Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities
• Hands-on experience with Mac, Linux and Windows OS environments.
• Knowledge on configuration of Operating Systems Laptops / Desktops.
• Troubleshooting all types of Hardware, software & Network LAN related issues where in
providing good support for internal users of the Organization.
• Knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Office, G-suite, Antivirus Management, Printer Configuration,
L1 Network Support.
• Windows maintenance, dual booting, upgrade & update the windows.
• Troubleshooting of Skype, outlook issues pst, ost hardware laptops and desktop order
spares replacement, O/S,Data copy, software & drivers installation.
• Basic Networking, Map drive, Data sharing. TCP/IP Configuration, Internet Maintenance.
• Monitoring ticketing portal in the core responsibility of all shift engineers and not a single
ticket should get violated,
• Basic Knowledge in Active directory. (User creation and modification).
• Workaround if incident cannot be resolved
• Discusses issues with users and translates issues to determine appropriate technical
solutions
• Demonstrates consistency and reliability.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
• Excellent time management, decision making and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
• 2-3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure.
• B. E, B. Tech, MCA, MSc-IT or equivalent degree.
• A+ and N+ certifications will a plus.
• Demonstrated effective verbal, written, and organizational skills.
