Position Overview:We are looking for a skilled System Administrator to oversee and maintain our company's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and securing networks, servers, and workstations while ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:- System Administration: Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows, Linux) and server environments.
- Network Management: Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, switches, and VPNs.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical support to employees, diagnose system issues, and ensure minimal downtime.
- Backup & Recovery: Manage data backups, disaster recovery plans, and system restoration procedures.
- Software & Hardware Management: Install, upgrade, and manage software applications and hardware components.
- User Management: Maintain Active Directory, email accounts, and access permissions.
Requirements:- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 0.6-5 years of experience in system administration or IT support.
Soft Skills:- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
